1.Wake up your body and clean your digestive system.
Just as you wake up, drink a fresh cup of lemon, raw honey, and ginger.
Recipe:
Prepare one teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or drops of ginger extract) in a cup of hot water Squeeze in some fresh lemon, stir and let to sit for 2 minutes. Add one teaspoon of honey and serve.

Recipe:
- 2 cups of milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm, whisk from time to time. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to three days.
